Euronet Card Services SOLE AGENCY S.A., a member of the international group EURONET WORLDWIDE Inc., which owns and manages more than 55,000 ATMs in over 35 countries in Europe, continues to grow in the Greek electronic payments market, gaining a significant share in the installation and management of ATMs, with a particular emphasis on tourist destinations.
In Greece, the company has developed the first independent ATM network since 2011, with more than 2,200 machines located in strategic high-traffic points. At the same time, the company has installed ATMs in large supermarket chains (Sklavenitis, AB Vassilopoulos, Lidl, Masoutis, Kritikos, etc.) and in luxury hotel complexes, such as St. George Lycabettus, Mitsis Hotels, Ledra Athens, Grand Hyatt, Stanley, Grand Hotel Athenaeum, Athenaeum Palace and Holiday Inn.
The placement of ATMs in these tourist and commercial locations allows the company to meet both the needs of domestic customers and the dynamic wave of foreign visitors, thus strengthening its share in a competitive sector.
The menu in six languages, Greek, English, Italian, German, Russian and French, ensures the comfort of foreign visitors and easy access to services, while ensuring uninterrupted operation and sufficient cash supply guarantees user satisfaction. The latest development is the collaboration with the Municipality of Salamina for the installation of a new ATM in the Municipal Unit of Ampelakia.
