Greek main opposition leader Kyriakos Mitsotakis said on Thursday his party will never allow any deviations from the constitution and reiterated his request for elections, during a speech at the city of Agrinio, where he is visiting.
“New Democracy will never allow deviations from the imperatives of the Constitution. New democracy will continue to defend the rule of law in the country. It is a responsible political force which today demands elections so that we can finally set the country in the right course,” he said.
Mitsotakis also said ND is the “institutional embankment” to the country΄s continuous slide, noting the alternative way is New Democracy’s “Truth agreement” to exit the crisis.
