Members of anti-authoritarian groups assaulted George Germenis, an MP of extreme right party Golden Dawn, Saturday in Marousi, in the north of Athens. According to eyewitness accounts, Germenis was physically attacked by a group 30 individuals at a cafeteria at 1.20pm, who started punching and kicking him after using pepper spray against him.
The Golden Dawn PM was transported to hospital with minor injuries and bruises. So far police have not made any arrests.
