Outsiders, an Australian television news and commentary show broadcasted on Sky News Australia, celebrated “the election of a conservative government in Greece” live on tv, greekcitytimes.com reports.
The controversial show is known for their no holds barred observation of politics and is currently co-hosted by the editor of The Spectator magazine Rowan Dean, The Friday Show host Rita Panahi, and The Daily Telegraph opinion editor James Morrow.
“The people of Greece have slayed yet another socialist dragon in Europe and we are happy to celebrate,” Rowan Dean noted.
The hosts are seen dancing to the music of Zorba the Greek while screaming “Opa” and throwing plates on the ground, in an attempt to break them.
“They’ve smashed the idea of ideology of socialism as happily as we have smashed those plates,” Rowan Dean added.
