Greek PM tours Athens' commercial centre and converses with shopowners

Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, accompanied by the president of the Athens Trade Association Stavros Kafounis, on Thursday visited the commercial “heart of Athens,” where he talked to shopkeepers and citizens about the reopening of the market, ANA reports.

Many workers thanked Kyriakos Mitsotakis for the effective management of the health crisis and at the same time conveyed to him the difficulties faced by their businesses due to the effects of the pandemic.

The prime minister forecast that turnover will increase in the near future and estimated that from the end of June we will have another picture”.
