22nd Thessaloniki Documentary Festival goes online this year from May 19-28

This year, the 22nd Thessaloniki Documentary Festival, which was postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic, will take place online from Tuesday, May 19 to Thursday, May 28, with the support of the Ministry of Culture and Sports, int.ert.gr reports.

More relevant than ever before, in this unprecedented situation we live in, the documentaries that will be screened online at the 22nd Festival, remind us what it means to be human, what our relationship with nature is, how vulnerable and at the same time how strong we are.

Among the films, there are 77 recent Greek productions that examine themes such as human relationships, human rights, politics, music, history, environment and life.

The judges will watch the films online and award the prizes.

More information about the program and the way in which the online viewing of the films will take place will be announced soon.
