Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis and his counterparts of the bloc’s southern countries met with Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President Emmanuel Macron ahead of a scheduled restart of the EU Summit talks on Monday evening, ANA reports.
“Greece, having regained its credibility at European level and with the increased prestige of the prime minister, plays an active and essential role in shaping developments,” stressed Greek government sources.
