Eleven new confirmed coronavirus cases and one death were announced on Monday by the National Public Health Organization (EODY) in the last 24 hours, with two of the new infections identified at entry points to Greece, ANA reports.
Of the remaining nine new infections, three people requested a diagnostic test, three cases were located in Thessaloniki region, two in Attica region and one in Karpathos island.
The total number of cases so far since the pandemic outbreak in Greece totals 4,102 of whom 1,112 are related to travel abroad.
Fatalities from Covid-19 in Greece have now reached 195, while the median age of the deceased was 76 years, and most had underlying issues.
