Greece and Turkey agree to implement or reactivate CBM activity in 2024

Delegations of Greece and Türkiye held a fresh round of talks on confidence-building measures (CBM) in Ankara on Monday, ANA reports.

The meeting took place at the Turkish defense ministry, in a positive climate, with both delegations comprising ambassadors and high-ranking military officials, among other senior officials, said the Greek defense ministry in an announcement.

The two sides agreed in principle to implement or reactivate CBM activity in 2024 based on a pre-agreed CBM list, it was added.
