The Ministry of Tourism has decided to delegate the authority to sign documents “By Order of the Minister” to the Secretary General for Tourism Policy and Development, the Heads of General Directorates and Directorates of the Central Service, and the Heads of the Regional Services of the Ministry of Tourism.

Decisions on the establishment and composition of Working Groups and Committees on matters under his/her competence.
Statements of opinion by the Service in judicial cases concerning appeals handled by the Appeals Committee.
Statements of opinion by the Special Service for the Promotion and Licensing of Tourism Investments in all judicial cases under its competence.
Decisions on the establishment and composition of Collective Control Bodies for verifying the fulfillment of mandatory terms and conditions for granting the Special Quality Mark for Greek Cuisine.
