Athens will be among the candidates for the best destinations in Europe for 2017. The online voting is organised by a site dedicated to promoting European tourism “Europeanbestdestinations.com”. Athens had come in second in last season’s voting for the continent’s 20 best place to visit. It is the 8th year in a row that people will vote for their favourite choice in Europe. Online users will be able to vast their vote from January 20 till February 10.
