The Athens municipality will begin marking the boundaries of sidewalk seating at food-serving establishments in Athens, Mayor George Kaminis announced on Wednesday.

In an open letter to Athenians, the mayor said the city will start with stores along the pedestrian walkways of Agia Irini Square, the Makrygianni district around the Acropolis Museum, Tsakalof Street in Kolonaki and the Kolonaki Square area.
