The biennial International Shipping Exhibition “Posidonia 2018” to take place in Athens, is one of the biggest of its kind in the world, with nearly 2000 exhibitors and over 20000 visitors from around the globe. “Posidonia 2018” will take place between 4-8 June 2018. During this week, the heart of the international shipping industry will beat in Athens.
Once again, Cyprus takes part in the “Posidonia 2018” exhibition with a national pavilion, together with distinguished guests and professionals covering the whole spectrum of the Cyprus Shipping industry. The Deputy Ministry of Shipping is the coordinator of the Cyprus national pavilion, while the Cyprus Shipping Chamber and the Cyprus Investment Promotion Agency are co-exhibitors.
A team of Deputy Ministry officials will be present throughout the week to provide information and guidance. In its pavilion visitors can find out more about the Cyprus maritime cluster, including the holistic support and services offered by the DMS, registration of ships under the Cyprus flag, the Cyprus Tonnage Tax System and the complete range of compelling advantages Cyprus has to offer.
On the occasion of the “Posidonia 2018” exhibition, the Deputy Minister of Shipping, Ms Natasa Pilides, will host a reception on Tuesday 5th June 2018, in Athens.
