Road traffic restrictions will come into effect on Thursday and Friday in Athens to facilitate the secure arrival and stay of visiting German Chancellor Angela Merkel, the Hellenic Police said on Wednesday, ANA reports.
These will be effective in the evening and night hours on October 28 (‘Ohi’ Day national holiday) and in the morning and midday hours on Friday, including traffic stoppages and diversions, it was specified.
