The municipalities of the Attica region are getting prepared for the heatwave expected to hit the region in the next three days starting from Thursday, ANA reports.
All municipalities have announced the operation of air-conditioned areas inside municipal buildings from early morning until night to host and protect the citizens. The further operation of these areas will be decided based on the weather forecast.
