ERTC conference will be organized in Athens on November 13-15 with the participation of leading speakers from the refining and petrochemicals sector.
Hellenic Petroleum is among the leading experts that will be discussing Downstream at ERTC, ERTC noted in an announcement. Specifically, Mr Stergioulis, CEO, will discuss how to remain competitive in an ever challenging market. He will also highlight the issues affecting the refining and petrochemical industry in Greece while providing examples on how to improve efficiency and control operating costs. Mr Stergioulis’ presentation will also provide an insight to how the country will manage the competition from the Middle East, the announcement added.
Alongside the refiners and petrochemical producers, world leading solution providers including Axens, Grace, BASF, Albemarle, KBC and Honeywell UOP will present their products and how refiners can get real value from their technologies, through a series of case studies and interactive formats.
An extra topic that will be presented for the first time at a conference is the use of drones in the refining industry. Giovanni Brambilla, Business Development Manager of Alpha Robotix srl, will hold a unique presentation, where he will provide real life examples and case studies that showcase the ?good, the bad and the ugly? side of drones.
ERTC is officially co-hosted by Hellenic Petroleum and supported by Motor Oil along with 35 other key industry sponsors. The full three-day conference accommodates 49 speakers, all thought leaders in the industry.
