The Hellenic Institute of Marketing, the first institute established by the Hellenic Management Association (HMA), has presented this year’s Marketing Excellence Awards. In an event on Monday, HIM presented 24 awards to Greek enterprises and executives for their work towards “optimism, development and progress, planning, learning, evolving, working hard and creating a better future.”
This year’s awards included theme units and categories, with a special category of Being the Best of the Best awarded to the most original and innovative marketing plan and project with the best rating, regardless of category.
The Marketing Excellence Awards started in 2007 and are held every two years, in cooperation with Hellenic Marketing Academy and Direction Business Network.
This year’s awards were presented to:

- Customer experience – Kotsovolos Dixons South-East Europe
- New Brand, Product – L’ Oreal Hellas
- New Brand Service – Wind Hellas
- Brand Extension Product – Atalanti Brewery
- Brand Extension Service – Eurobank
- Brand Revitalization – Public
- Global Brand Marketing – Kotsovolos Dixons South-East Europe
- Long Term Marketing Excellence – Eurobank
- Integrated Marketing Communications – Germanos
- Digital Marketing Communications – Piraeus Bank
- B2B Marketing Communications – Eurobank
- Content Marketing Communications – Piraeus Bank
- Employee Marketing Communications – Takeda Hellas
- Cause related Marketing Communications – National Bak
- Low budget Marketing Communications – Piraeus Bank
- Building Distribution Networks – Papastratos
- Consumer activation at the Point – Sale to Wind Hellas
- Omni channel presence – Public
- Tourism marketing – Eurobank
- Export marketing – Eurobank
- Start-ups marketing – Longevity Diet Foods
- E-Commerce marketing – Lapin House
National Bank, Wind Hellas and Interamerican won the Being the Best of the Best Leading Edge Thinking Marketing Excellence Award, while Papastratos received the Marketing Excellence Grand Award.
