In the framework for enhancing the promotion of Greek tourism and Greek food and beverages, a gastronomic event took place on 20-21 January at the Park Lake in Bucharest, Romania, ANA reports.
The event was organized under the auspices of the Greek Embassy in Bucharest and it included presentations of Greek tourist destinations, exhibition of Greek products and tasting events focusing on the Greek cuisine. It was held by North Events company in cooperation with the Grand Hotel of Bucharest.
The Peloponnese Region was the honored destination while the Greek National Tourism Organization, the Tourism Organization of Halkidiki, the Region of Western Macedonia, the Romanian tourist agencies Parallela 45, Eurolines TUI, EXimTour, MELI Tours participated in the event as well as food companies Olympus, Terra Creta, Chipita, Alexander the Great, Alexandrion Group, real estate company Belize Development and G-Hotels.
