The Telecommunications Museum of OTE Group, designated by the Greek chapter of the International Council of Museums (ICOM) as the honored Greek museum for 2018, will celebrate International Museum Day on May 18 with events focused on children, families and the elderly, ANA reports.
The international day’s theme this year is “Hyperconnected museums: New approaches, new publics”, and the Telecoms Museum will house its events at its upgraded premises in Nea Kifissia. Some events will include the use of advanced technologies like Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR).
