Greece Race for the Cure, scheduled for Sunday, will be postponed because of extreme weather conditions expected over the weekend, ANA reports.
The organizers, “Alma Zois” National Association of Women with Breast Cancer, said they decided to cancel Sunday’s running and walking event and reschedule it at a date to be announced shortly, after a briefing from the General Secretariat of Citizen Protection and the National Meteorological Service warned of a hurricane expected to hit the country this weekend.
