The 8th HbbTV Symposium and Awards will take place on November 21-22, 2019 in Athens, Greece, ANA reports.
This was announced by the HbbTV Association, a global initiative dedicated to providing an open standard for the delivery of advanced interactive TV services via broadcast and broadband networks for connected TV sets and set-top boxes.
After last year’s event in Berlin, which recorded a record-breaking attendance of over 300 participants from 27 countries, the HbbTV Symposium and Awards 2019 in Athens will host the third edition of the HbbTV Awards, featuring a wide range of categories designed to acclaim best practice and excellence in the HbbTV community.
