Athens Declaration adopted by EU heads of states at Arraiolos Group Meeting

The heads of state taking part in the 15th Arraiolos Group Meeting on Friday adopted the ‘Athens Declaration’ on the future of Europe and European integration, following their meeting in the Greek capital, according to ANA.

 The 12 foreign heads of state at the meeting included: German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier, Italian President Sergio Mattarrela, the President of Portugal Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa, the President of Poland Andrzej Duda,  Hungarian President Janos Ader, the President of Malta George Vela, Latvian President Egils Levits, the President of Slovenia Borut Pahor, Estonian President Kersti Kaljulaid, the President of Bulgaria Rumen Radev, the President of Croatia Kolinda Grabar-Kitarović and the President of Ireland Michael Higgins.
