Ancient Greek mathematics unveil the most beautiful woman in the world

British scientists have recently determined exactly who is the most beautiful woman on the planet — according to a mathematical formula used by ancient Greeks, greekreporter.com notes.

Dr. Julian De Silva, an acclaimed facial cosmetic surgeon on London’s famous Harley Street, led the study using the “Golden Ratio of Beauty Phi Standards.”

The “Golden Ratio of Beauty Phi” defines beauty based on classic Greek calculations. Measurements of facial proportions are made by using going by methods and standards that Greek scholars applied while trying to define beauty with scientific formulae.

According to this method, Victoria’s Secret’s supermodel Bella Hadid is the most beautiful woman on the planet.

The 23-year-old Hadid has a face that, according to these standards, is “94.35 percent perfect.” “Bella Hadid was the definite winner when all elements of the face were measured for physical perfection. She had the highest overall reading for her chin, which, with a score of 99.7 percent, is only 0.3 percent away from being the perfect shape,” Dr. Julian told The Daily Mail.

Also, going by the parameters of the “Golden Ratio of Beauty Phi,” pop diva Beyoncé ranked second. According to the plastic surgeon, the American singer has a face that is “92.44 percent perfect.”

Actress Amber Heard occupied the third spot in the beauty Olympics, with a ratio of 91.85 percent, while pop star Ariana Grande placed fourth with her features scoring 91.81 percent.
