The Onassis Cultural Center proposes five workshops addressed to (visual) artists or anyone who considers themselves an avid photographer who aims at further developing their skills, int.ert.gr reports.
The workshops are taught by Matteo Balduzzi & Panayiotis Lambrou, Diana Blok, Mishka Henner, Moritz Neumüller and Clare Strand and offer a varied approach. The workshops approach a wide spectrum of topics, ranging from portraiture to urbanism, to the word-image relationship, the appropriation of on-line resources and the creation of photobooks.
All workshops during the program, are focused on hands-on experience, while also providing theoretical guidelines and inspiring discussions guaranteed to challenge the participants’ former mindset. Most of them are also designed to result in an original production (work or/and publication).
The workshops are held in the context of Transeurope – a European platform on photography and visual arts including workshops, portfolio reviews and exhibitions.
