Where is the culture of tomorrow produced today? How do the creative and cultural industries interface with the urban environment and its ongoing transformations? How can we create enterprise units for the culture that ensure their viability, produce a quality aesthetic, and respond to the challenges of climate change?
Culture Seeds 2020 is a workshop that explores these questions through stories which the leading cultural entrepreneurs of Greece today share with us and each other, int.ert.gr reports.
It is held on January 23, from 16:00 to 20:00 and is a collaboration between the Onassis Foundation and the National Bank of Greece in the field of innovation and cultural entrepreneurship. Culture Seeds seeks to strengthen the businesses, communities and value chains that produce high-quality cultural goods at a local level for a global audience.
The workshop is being organized for a second year within the framework of the NBG Business Seeds program and the Onassis Foundation’s Digital Development and Innovation program. At this year’s Culture Seeds, about a dozen teams will present their innovative ideas relating to recycling, sustainability, crafting, culture routes, and Virtual Reality. Participants will share their knowledge and experience and seek new cooperation prospects with a view to shaping the culture of tomorrow today.
