Ancient Greek myths inspire chamber music for the future at concert on December 8

In collaboration with the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, the Greek Chamber Music Project (GCMP) presents the in-person premiere of Talos Dreams and Medea: Rebirth and Destruction on Wednesday, December 8, 7 PM PST. This live-streamed event will take place at the new state-of-the-art Bowes Center, 200 Van Ness Avenue in San Francisco.

Accompanying the performance will be a prerecorded talkback by Talos Dreams composer Costas Dafnis and Adrienne Mayor, the author of Gods and Robots, about the role of technology in ancient Greece. This concert celebrates the release of Synchronos: New Greek Voices on the GCMP label, which features Talos Dreams. A copy of the CD is included with a tax-deductible donation to the Greek Chamber Music Project.
