The Pancyprian Association of America Cultural Division presented the Annual Christmas Concert ‘Kalanta’ with Artistic and Music Director Phyto Stratis and the soloists, chorus, actors, and special guests of the Pancyprian Choir of New York on December 17 at St. Catherine and St. George Greek Orthodox Church in Astoria.
Featuring the traditional Greek Christmas and New Year’s carols and hymns, as well as the festive favorites of the season, the annual concert charmed the audience, bringing holiday cheer to the community. Despite the rainy weather, there was a great turnout as the concert has become a staple of the season.
