The International Book Fair of Thessaloniki, celebrating 20 years of operation this year, will take place from May 16 to May 19 at the premises of the Thessaloniki International Fair (TIF)-HELEXPO.
The fair will occupy 14 halls, covering an area of 16,000 square meters. It will host over 1,500 Greek and foreign authors, speakers, and book professionals from 40 countries. As part of the Fair, over 550 events will take place, with free admission to the public.
This year’s honoree is the United Arab Emirates and its cultural capital, Sharjah.
Within the framework of the 20th International Book Fair, discussions will be held on topics such as artificial intelligence and the climate crisis, with an emphasis on youth and children.
