From May 7 to 9, 2025, the heart of Athens will beat to the rhythm of the Panathēnea Festival, an ambitious initiative that reimagines the Panathenaia of the 21st century. Technology, creativity, startup culture, and civilization come together in a multi-level three-day event that aspires to transform the capital into a reference point for the global innovation ecosystem.
Set against the backdrop of the Athens Conservatory and culminating in a party under the Acropolis, the festival brings together more than 100 international speakers, including Melanie Perkins (CEO of Canva), Lars Rasmussen (co-founder of Google Maps), and award-winning actress and entrepreneur Naomie Harris. It should be noted that the program includes 20+ parallel events, startup competitions, exhibitions, and interactive workshops.
Behind the initiative is a dynamic group of students and alumni, investing in a future where Athens hosts and empowers the new generation of creators, investors, and visionaries.
Registration is open to startups, creators, professionals in the field, and anyone interested. More information and tickets at www.panathenea.org.
