On September 13 and 14, 2025, Metropolitan Expo will host for the 26th year Career Days, the country’s largest career event organized by kariera.gr. More than 140 companies will be at the venue, looking for candidates from different levels of experience and specialties.
This year’s slogan is “Come as you are”, aiming to reduce the stress surrounding the interview and job search. The event does not require a dress code or a “perfect” resume; the emphasis is on the authenticity of the candidates.

36 speeches and 12 workshops, on three stages and a special area, with more than 100 professional speakers.

Interactive points (photobooths, opinion walls) and challenges with prizes.
This year, the event also includes gamification elements: participants will be able to join groups by sector of interest, participate in “career missions” and collect points on a special leaderboard.
