The transformation and reorganization of the State Real Estate Company (ETAD), a subsidiary of the Superfund, is progressing rapidly. ETAD is acquiring a new organizational structure and procedures, in order to shape the corporate environment and the conditions that will make its work more efficient and effective, through rules of transparency and good corporate governance, while strengthening its management team.
In this context, Ms. Anastasia Carlotta Soulioti assumes the duties of Chief Operating Officer (COO) at ETAD. With more than 20 years of experience in the financial sector, she was one of the key executives who participated in the establishment and organization of Veraltis Asset Management, where she subsequently served as Managing Director.
During her tenure, she led the company’s strategic and operational transformation, successfully completed its re-licensing by the Bank of Greece and strengthened corporate governance and relations with institutional investors. She has served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Veraltis and a member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Greek Debt Management Companies, while previously holding senior management positions at B2Kapital, PQH Single Special Liquidation, Agricultural Bank under Special Liquidation and Alpha Bank (formerly Emporiki – Cr?dit Agricole Group).
With particular expertise in data management and quality, as well as in the integration of ethical and responsible Artificial Intelligence principles, she holds international certifications in the field of AI Ethics. At the same time, he has extensive experience in the design and implementation of organizational structures, processes and governance frameworks that enhance transparency, efficiency and strategic alignment of businesses. He holds an MSc in Banking and Finance and a BA in Mathematics from the University of Athens and is fluent in Greek, English and French.
