Edelweiss, Switzerland’s leading leisure travel airline, will increase its route network by more than twenty per cent in 2018. This expansion will translate into eleven new holiday destinations. As well as long-haul destinations, such as Orlando, Denver and Varadero, the airline will fly to eight new dream destinations in the short- and medium-haul range.
By next summer, the Edelweiss route network will have increased from 51 to 62 holiday destinations, offering passengers an even greater choice of where to spend their dream holiday. An overview:
New short- and medium-haul holiday destinations in the 2018 Summer Timetable
Edelweiss is increasing its short- and medium-haul travel destinations with flights to the eastern Mediterranean:
- Chania/Greece: 1x weekly, April to October
- Samos/Greece: 1x weekly, May to October

Summer 2018 will also see an increase of Edelweiss flights to popular holiday destinations, thus offering passengers more flexibility with their holiday planning.
- Heraklion/Greece up to 8x weekly +1 flight/week
- Kos/Greece up to 4x weekly +1 flight/week
- Zakynthos/Greece up to 2x weekly +1 flight/week
The airline has doubled passenger numbers and revenue since 2008, and continues its expansion. The summer 2015 timetable is valid from March 29 until October 24, 2015.
