Passenger traffic at Athens Airport increased by 13.3% compared to the same month last year during November 2024, reaching 2.15 million passengers.
According to AIA data, both domestic and international passenger traffic exceeded the corresponding figures of last year by 8.0% and 15.7%.
Overall, during the first eleven months of the year, the airport’s traffic reached 29.73 million passengers, recording an increase of 13.0%. Passenger traffic, both domestic and international, increased by 7.4% and 15.5% respectively.
The number of flights at Athens International Airport during the first eleven months of 2024 amounted to 250,006, recording an increase of 10.9% compared to the corresponding period in 2023. Both domestic and international flights increased by 5.1% and 15.4% compared to 2023.
