The German airline Condor is turning a page in its history, as on November 5, 2025, its last flight with a Boeing 757-300 will take place, marking the end of 35 years of the specific aircraft type in its fleet.
The farewell flight, with the hashtag #farewellB757, will depart from Frankfurt to Vienna, where a special event will be held in honor of the iconic model. The return to Germany will be accompanied by the “highest party in the world”, as a symbolic closing of the Boeing era for the company.
According to Condor COO Christian Schmidt, with the farewell to the Boeing 757, a big chapter is closing, while a new one is opening with a fleet of exclusively Airbus aircraft. As he said, “Condor has become more than just a leisure airline, as evidenced by our new urban destinations. That is why our farewell flight combines the nostalgia of our last B757 with a joyful look into the future, symbolized by the urban destination of Vienna.”
For aviation enthusiasts, the company is offering 75 tickets for this unique flight via auction in the Condor Shop from September 22, 2025. Those who are unable to secure a seat can enjoy the last regular flights of this type of aircraft until early November. The last scheduled flights are scheduled for Frankfurt-Antalya-Frankfurt and Munich-Antalya-Munich between 27 and 31 October 2025. In addition, a B757 will operate the D?sseldorf-Palma-Dusseldorf route on 29 October and Frankfurt-Hurghada-Frankfurt on 2 November.
With this final journey, Condor says goodbye not only to an aircraft but also to an entire era in its history, now looking to the future with a renewed fleet.
