Corendon: Connections to Greece from Germany to be strengthened in 2026

Corendon is planning a major expansion of its operations in Germany, at the airports of D?sseldorf and Cologne-Bonn, for the summer of 2026, from where it will fly to popular Mediterranean destinations such as Greece.

In particular, from April 2026, the company will offer flights from its strategic hubs in D?sseldorf and Cologne-Bonn, for both Dutch and Belgian travelers, to destinations such as Turkey, Egypt and Greece, while the full flight schedule is expected to be announced in the near future. Amsterdam and Brussels remain key airports for Corendon.

The tour operator estimates that it will carry over 1.2 million travelers through its two hubs in D?sseldorf and Cologne-Bonn, making D?sseldorf its largest departure airport.

The move is due to strong travel demand in the Netherlands, with departures from D?sseldorf having increased by at least 40% in the last five years.

Corendon’s Commercial Director, Martin de Boer, stressed: “Our customers decide where we fly, and more and more are choosing Germany due to its lower costs and accessibility.”
