Flights and packages departing from London Gatwick Airport will be offered by British airline Jet2.com in 2026, offering 10 connections to Greece.
The start of flights from Gatwick is scheduled for March 2026, with the first route taking place on March 26, 2026 to Tenerife.
This is the largest new airline base at Gatwick this century, according to Jet2, and the first major leisure company to enter the airport since 2020.
The Greek schedule from Gatwick
Jet2’s flight schedule for the summer of 2026 includes ten Greek destinations from the airport in question. Corfu will be connected with two weekly flights every Monday and Friday, Heraklion in Crete with two flights every Tuesday and Friday, while Kalamata will be served once a week, every Wednesday.

This move strengthens Jet2’s position in the Greek market, as the country has long been one of the top destinations for British travelers.
With the addition of Gatwick, the airline now has 14 bases in the UK, expanding access to the Greek islands and mainland Greece.
The airline will deploy a fleet of six aircraft at the airport, five of which will be new Airbus A321neos, creating over 300 new jobs.
A total of 29 destinations in Spain, Greece, Turkey, Portugal, Malta, Italy, Croatia, Bulgaria and Cyprus will be served from Gatwick.
Jet2.com and Jet2holidays already offer flights and holidays from Stansted and have added departures from Luton and Bournemouth airports in recent seasons.
