No trolley buses will be running in Athens on the May 1 Labour Day holiday next Monday, while OASA buses will only run between the hours of 9:00 and 21:00.
The workers’ union at ILPAP, which runs the trolley-buses, on Wednesday announced its participation in the May 1 holiday with a 24-hour strike, while the OASA workers’ union has opted for work stoppages on the same day, from the start of the shift until 9:00 and from 21:00 in the evening until the end of the shift.
