Victoria Beckham’s photo of her kissing her 5-year old daughter Harper on the lips for her birthday has turned into a national issue in the UK, with even the BBC weighing in on the matter.
‘What a mother does with her daughter is not necessarily a good example, but everyone is free to do what they will’, commented a psychologist on the BBC about the issue.
The photo was posted by the former Spice Girl on her Instagram profile captioned ‘Happy birthday baby girl. We all love you so much x’. Comments flooded her profile with some saying it was inappropriate and vulgar to kiss a child on the lips.
Others posted photos of them kissing their daughters on the lips in support of Victoria.
