A passenger today breached Frankfurt Airport security before the security check had been completed, the airport announced on Twitter.
Frankfurt Airport also announced that German Federal Police cleared departure hall A as a preventative measure.
“Passengers had to be rechecked prior to departure,” added the airport’s tweet.
German Police announced that nothing suspicious was found after the evacuation and that they are questioning the person in connection with the incident.
