Greece has prepared aid to send to India’s struggling health system, which has been hard hit by the pandemic, the Greek general secretariat for civil defence announced on Good Friday, April 30, ANA reports.
According to the announcement, Greece is sending 90 oxygen cylinders with a total capacity of 440 litres and PPE (masks, gloves etc).
“From the first moment that the request for aid became known, civil protection mobilised to supply oxygen cylinders,” the announcement noted.
