The latest developments in Ukraine and the continued support for the North Atlantic Alliance, as reflected most recently at the NATO Summit in Vilnius, as well as international and regional issues were discussed during today’s meeting between Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis and NATO Secretary General Gens Stoltenberg, ANA reports.
Afterward, Mitsotakis had a meeting with the President of the Republic of South Korea, Yoon Suk Yeol. According to government sources, the two leaders discussed the prospect of strengthening and deepening bilateral economic relations, following the recent visit to Greece by a delegation of Korean companies and their meeting with the prime minister.
Mitsotakis also referred to the prospects of the Greek economy, as well as the investment opportunities presented in Greece. Furthermore, the goal of shipping decarbonization, the contribution of the Korean shipbuilding industry to its achievement, as well as Busan’s candidacy to host EXPO 2030 were discussed.
