The Aegean Cuisine network, “the ambassador of Cycladic gastronomy”, already counts more than 171 catering businesses on 20 Cyclades islands among its members, the Chamber of the Cyclades Islands announced on Tuesday, ANA reports.
The Aegean Cuisine initiative is a significant tool for the promotion of the islands’ wine and gastronomy. It consists of a network of local enterprises that offer visitors an authentic ‘taste’of the Cyclades islands and the Aegean Sea through gastronomic experiences and by exploiting a rich variety of local products.
