FOOD & DRINKS by Detrop: The extroversion of Greek taste
At the same time, FOOD & DRINKS by Detrop will highlight the prospects, as well as all the current developments of the vital food and beverage sector. The exhibition is attended by companies from the largest production regions of Greece, such as Central and Western Macedonia, the Peloponnese, Thessaly and Crete, while international participation comes from countries such as Italy, Germany, Cyprus, Bulgaria and Australia. The high commercial interest is reflected in the attraction of important buyers, such as large supermarket chains from the Gulf countries, importers from Europe, as well as procurement executives from catering chains and hotels. The exclusive tribute to the art of coffee “All About Caf?” continues successfully this year, while the dynamic of FOOD & DRINKS by Detrop is also transferred to the heart of the city through the innovative action “Gastronomy EXPerience – taste the stories”, within the framework of which, today at Aristotelous Square, exhibitors’ products will be showcased through the creations of leading restaurants in Thessaloniki.
