The Rhodes Hotel Managers Association organized the first winter meeting at Semiramis Hotel.
Rhodes City Unity College spokesperson Helen Chatzichristou was invited to present the institution’s programs and was followed by London WTM and Thessaloniki Philoxenia exhibitions feedback presentation.
Unique opportunity
The managers discussed extensively the decline in bookings after recent events in Europe as well as the unique opportunity to attract Russian winter tourists because of the crisis with Turkey.
The Association’s President has already contacted the Ministry of Tourism, in order to coordinate all relevant direct intitiatives and the event concluded by planning staff training seminars to start on December 12.
