Jeffrey Macdonald: New CEO of Astir Palace Vouliagmenis in Athens

Astir Palace Vouliagmenis S.A. in Athens, Greece announced that Polychronis Griveas stepped down as the company’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and has been replaced by Jeffrey Macdonald.

“The company would like to thank Mr. Griveas for his 10-year contribution to a wide range of corporate issues and for ensuring the smooth running of the company, both on business and strategic issues,” an announcement by Astir Palace Vouliagmenis noted and added. “In addition, his participation in the completion of the transfer of the company’s shares and in the subsequent write-off procedure from the Athens Stock Exchange has proved decisive.”

During his successful career, the company’s new CEO, Jeffrey Macdonald, has 20 years of international experience in the field of tourism and real estate development. During his career, Macdonald held senior management positions in real estate development companies both in Greece and abroad, such as Ikos Development (a subsidiary of Oaktree Capital), Libra Group, Emaar Properties and Lamda Development.
