A new partnership that will make it easier for the city’s visitors to organize their travels better, save time and reduce the cost of their travel, is being launched by the Thessaloniki Hoteliers Association with TAXIWAY Radio Taxi Cooperative.
TAXIWAY will allocate tablets and ipads to partner hotels in order to automatically make taxi calls for their customers and check the route if passengers have complaints, while taxi drivers will also pick up hotel guests from “Macedonia” with special appointments, without extra charge.
For traveling from the airport to the hotel, a fee of 19.00 Euro will be charged to the customer while from the train station to the hotel tere will be a charge of 6.00 euro and from the bus station to the hotel buses the cost will be 6.50 euro.
At the same time, it is possible to travel and return to nearby destinations (eg Vergina – Pella, Chalkidiki, Edessa, Agios Paisios Monastery in Souroti, etc.) at predetermined discount prices, while additional services are proposed, such as minibus travel with nine seats outside the city for groups and families.
The Thessaloniki Hoteliers Association thanks the TAXIWAY radio taxi cooperative for its sponsorship of the Philoxenia 2017 booth.
