The environmental specifications for the extension of the building facilities of the five-star SEA SIDE HOTEL owned by ORFANAKI ATEKE BROUGHT in Mononaftis, Agia Pelagia, Maleviziou municipality in Crete, were approved.
The addition to the hotel complex constitutes of 3 new buildings with a capacity of 76 new beds distributed in 38 rooms.
A new restaurant will also be added. All new rooms will have private pools.
The unit consists of 14 existing buildings with a total area of 7.799 sq.m. and is being extended by the addition of 3 new buildings with a total area of 1.996 sq.m. bringing the capacity up to 499 beds.
The total surface of the hotel is 62,427 sq.m. The hotel complex will be fully operational during the summer tourist season (01/04 – 31/10), while in the remaining months of the year it will stay with a permanent staff of few people.
