Kyvernitis Travel S.A. announced the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of HRG Greece, a member of the Hogg Robinson Group of the international giant travel agency.
Following an agreement between the two parties at the end of 2017 with the agreement of parent company Hogg Robinson Plc., Kyvernitis Travel S.A. takes over the autonomous management of HRG Greece.
This agreement results in the creation of a Group with a consolidated turnover of more than 100 million euros and a staff of more than 100 experienced executives able to meet the travel needs of the most demanding customers inside and outside Greece.
The inclusion of HRG Greece in the Kyvernitis Group is expected to deliver multiple benefits at the operational level and in terms of efficiency gain, with the services offered guaranteeing an international network such as the Hogg Robinson Group, which boasts 170 years of history in the industry.
