The new feature is available through the groups dedicated Facebook page, Grecotel Trade Support, enabling partners to communicate privately with Grecotels UK sales team at any time of day.
The initiative aims to simplify communication, provide immediate real-time support, and remove common obstacles faced by agents during the booking process. Through the service, partners can submit urgent or last-minute inquiries, clarify information on products and availability, receive guidance on the appropriate company contacts, and secure fast support that facilitates the closing of sales.
