The “green light” for the construction and operation of a new five-star hotel in Mylopotamos, Rethymno, was received by the TROULI AEXTEX BROKERS after a decision issued by the Decentralized Administration of Crete approving of environmental conditions and restrictions.
The hotel is located at Xerokampos and will have capacity of 760 beds.
The unit consists of 2 main buildings as well as smaller buildings of communal services and rooms of a total area of 12000 sq.m.
It will be built on an area of 58,532.62 square meters and have restaurants, a bar, a fitness center, retail stores, a children’s playground, a 210m2 spa bath, 65 outdoor swimming pools including a central swimming pool, and one for babies, along with two aqua parks featuring respective swimming pools.
The hotel complex will be open during the summer tourist season (01/04 – 31/10).
